Hey! I'm Jel, a Customer Service Specialist and a General Virtual Assistant. I have one year of experience in the call center industry as a Customer Service Specialist. I am efficient and effective in resolving customer complaints, handling customer queries,  assisting billing concerns, updating customer subscriptions, and assisting with basic troubleshooting.

 

As I handled a large number of calls daily, I have developed my time management skills, multi-tasking capability, organizational skills, and customer-centric nature. I am a self-driven person, task-oriented, and work well independently or with a team. I am passionate about providing exceptional customer service and continuously thriving for self-improvement.
